GP2i-FAE is a Software package
multi users dedicated to the management of the technical facts
(requests for anomalies and evolutions), to the follow-up of the deliveries and the management of the versions of a
product, within the framework of a data-processing
building site or maintenance of applications. The Card of
Anomaly and Evolution includes/understands its functional and
technical description, the references users of detection, the screen
printings associated, the actions carried out, the individuals
concerned with his follow-up and its assumption of
responsibility, as well as skeletal headings.
A graphic follow-up makes it possible to visualize the
evolution of the stock of requests, as well as openings, ends and
completion dates, month by month, type of request
(revolved, priority, etc). Export towards EXCEL allows a synthetic sight of the Cards of Anomalies and
Evolutions. Each Card is described there by its most
significant attributes (N°, Référence customer,
Description, Dates origin and taken into account, Responsable
detection, Classe, Priorité, Diagnostic) like by a
history of its state (Made out, Date and Comment). The
follow-up of the deliveries makes it possible to associate FAE
